Data is collected and processed for the purpose of implementing the contract with the customer and developing Matricomp Oy’s business and services.

– information about the device or connection you use (e.g. IP address, time, browser type, terminal operating system, pages visited and time spent on them, from which web address you came to the site)

Personal data will be retained for as long as it is needed to implement the contract with the customer, to develop products or services, or for another period of time to be determined separately in writing.

8 Data transfer and disclosure
The servers required for the use of the programs are mainly located in the EU or EEA area or in countries outside the EU and EEA where the EU Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection.
Data may be transferred outside the EU or EEA area in order to implement the service in accordance with the transfer criteria of data protection legislation.
Matricomp Oy does not disclose customer data for direct marketing purposes.
We may disclose data to authorities based on the legislation in force at any time.

Our website uses Google Analytics cookies. The information collected by these cookies is transferred to and stored on Google servers, some of which may be located outside the EU and which are subject to local data protection laws.

11 Register protection
The data is transferred over a secure SSL connection. The data is protected from access by external parties with a firewall, usernames and passwords. Only Matricomp Oy personnel whose work requires the data have access to the data. The persons have a confidentiality agreement.
12 Automated decision-making
Automated individual decisions (Article 22 of the EU Data Protection Regulation) are not made.
13 Right of inspection of the data subject
The customer has the right to know, upon request, what information about him or her has been stored, where the information is regularly obtained for the register, what the information is used for and regularly disclosed. The information will be provided to the customer in an understandable form upon written request.
